GMP Workshop
Runtai Chemical Group has two production bases (Jinan Zhangqiu Industrial Park & Liaocheng city), and the new production line is located in Liaocheng City. In August 2017, the new production line was officially completed and smoothly put into operation in October. Our new factory covers an area of 3000 square meters, including 1800 square meters of GMP standard workshop .The first and second floors are power workshops, and the equipment that comes into contact with materials is made of 304/316 stainless steel, effectively ensuring the safety and reliability of the products. The third floor is a 100000 level purification workshop building, with a production process visit channel set up. The layout and construction strictly in accordance with GMP standards, with no pollution or dust, which can effectively prevent cross contamination.

Quality Control
The company attaches great importance to food safety and quality control. The factory adopts internationally leading production equipment and automatic control systems, and the enterprise’s production equipment and processes have reached a leading level in the industry. The company is equipped with advanced testing equipment to conduct food safety risk assessment and control in various aspects such as raw material procurement, production process, storage and transportation, ensuring stable product quality. In July 2022, obtained ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification
Quality Inspection Center
We have our own advanced laboratory of 500 square meters. We also has established long-term cooperative relationships with many schools and research institutes such as East China University of Science and Technology and Liaocheng University. The new quality inspection center has a group of highly qualified, experienced, and innovative Technical R&D team. The team members all have master’s degrees in biology, pharmaceutical chemistry, and other related majors, and can provide customers with accurate testing data and reliable services. In 2023, the company was awarded the title of “National High tech Enterprise”, indicating a new level of scientific research and product technology content for the company.
